Gabbinbar in Toowoomba is a world-class wedding venue in Southeast Queensland that blends historic charm with modern elegance. Set on a secluded estate with over 150 years of history, Gabbinbar offers couples an exclusive and serene experience from the moment they arrive. Although it’s located not far from the Toowoomba CBD, stepping onto the property feels like you’ve entered a tranquil escape, far removed from the everyday.

With a team dedicated to excellence—from planners and coordinators to chefs and groundskeepers—Gabbinbar stands out for its unmatched professionalism and heartfelt hospitality. Whether you’re drawn to its sunlit conservatory, the rustic beauty of The Pavilion, or the grandeur of The Governor’s Lawn, this venue offers endless inspiration for your day.

My Experience Here

I’ve been performing weddings at Gabbinbar since they opened their doors to weddings in 2012. In that time, I’ve been part of so many unique celebrations here. It’s not just the picturesque setting or the versatility of the spaces that makes this venue special—it’s the people. Gabbinbar’s team are the best in the business: kind, professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about making your day unforgettable.

If I had to choose only one venue to work at for the rest of my career, Gabbinbar would be it. It’s an honour to be one of their recommended celebrants and I think you’ll enjoy my Wed.co podcast episode we recorded there as well.
